Die casted items
There are 7 die casting machines in our concern, the range is from 320 up to 1850 tons of closing force.
Most of these machines are supported by industrial robots to make the whole process more automized and to reduce the costs of production.
Those are:
- STP DGK, clamping force 320 ton, ABB robot;
- Wotan, clamping force 400 ton, ABB robot;
- OMS, clamping force 450 ton, ABB robot;
- OMS, clamping force 650 ton, 2 ABB robots;
- Agrati, clamping force 700 ton, 2 ABB robots;
- Weingarten, clamping force 1100 ton, ABB robot;
- OMS, clamping force 1850 ton, ABB robot.
Currently we are able to produce pressure castings from 0,03 to 20 kg.
